I am a new customer, why haven't I got Wi-Fi calling straight away?
If you are a new customer, Wi-Fi-Calling should take no more than 24 hours to activate once you've inserted your SIM card into your device.
If the service doesn't activate please call us on 2732 from your Asda Mobile or 0808 0062732 from any other phone (free of charge).
