If you are not happy with any part of our service, we will always do everything we can to put it right. Our customers come first, so we take complaints seriously and are committed to reviewing and resolving any issues. To raise a complaint, get in touch with the Asda Mobile team by calling 2732 (in the UK) from your Asda Mobile or 0808 006 2732 from any phone (free of charge). You can also send an email using our contact form.

You can arrange for a friend or family member to raise a complaint on your behalf. We'll just need to speak with you first to get your permission.

A delay to your switch after joining Asda Mobile could mean that you're entitled to compensation. To submit a claim, please contact the Asda Mobile team on 0808 006 2732.
