No, you don’t need to use data roaming whilst you’re in the UK. If you use data in the UK, you’ll be charged our standard data rate of 4p per MB. If you have a bundle activated, you’ll use your data allowance as normal.

Yes, you’ll first need to switch data roaming on through your online account. Once logged in, navigate to My Profile; you’ll find data roaming under Features.

You’ll also need to activate data roaming on your mobile phone. This varies depending on the device, consult your manual to find out how.

Yes, you’ll also need to activate international calling through your online account. You can do this through My Profile.

Unfortunately not. If your phone does not support 5G, you’ll have to buy a new phone which is 5G compatible.
