Pay As You Go is a form of mobile plan where you only pay for what you use. You decide how much money (or credit) to put on your phone, and you choose how and when to spend it. Unlike contracts, you’re not tied into a long-term agreement and can come and go as you please.

It's simple and can be completed in 5 steps:

1. Order your free SIM
2. Once you have received your new SIM, simply insert it into your phone to activate
3. We will send you a test message once we have detected the SIM
4. Register online with My Account
5. Choose a Pay As You Go or bundle option and you’re all set!

Pay As You Go (PAYG) bundles are prepaid mobile plans that allow you to pay for a certain amount of calls, texts, and data usage in advance.

PAYG bundles are a great option for only paying for what you need. We offer a wide range of Pay As You Go SIM options to suit many budgets.

All you need to do is log in to My Account using the Asda Mobile App and choose how much you would like to top up. Complete the payment (you can save these details for next time) and you’re good to go.

Of course! All you need to do is make sure that your phone is unlocked, so that it’s compatible with an Asda Mobile SIM.

You sure can. You can always bring your number with you when switching networks. To start, you need to request a PAC code from your current provider. The simplest way to do this is by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 (free of charge) off your old SIM card. Once you have this code (which is valid for 30 days), you just need to call us off your new Asda SIM on 2732, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

We dispatch our SIMs as soon as we can using Royal Mail first class. They should arrive the next working day, as long as you requested the SIM before 12 noon. If your SIM hasn’t arrived within 2-3 working days, please call us on 0808 006 2732 from any phone for free.

As long as you use some mobile data or make a chargeable call or text once every 180 days, your credit won’t expire.
