We understand that sometimes, your circumstances change. If you can’t pay your bill, then get in touch with our Customer Services team as soon as possible. Speaking to us early can help prevent any possible restrictions to your account.
If your bill is overdue, we will attempt to contact you by SMS/Email reminding you to pay. If your bill remains unpaid and we haven’t come to an arrangement, we may restrict or suspend your services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Suspension of services will mean you can only use your phone for the emergency services or to call Customer Services to pay. Following this and further warning messages, we may take steps to disconnect the account. At which point you will not be able to make or receive calls and texts or use data.
