No, data is not included within our Talk and Text sim only bundles. However, if Wi-Fi is enabled you can use features such as Wi-Fi calling when connected. Alternatively, you could buy a data add-on through your online account! You’ll be charged our standard pay as you go tariff of 4p per MB.
Yep! When you first buy your bundle, you’ll have the option to make it recur automatically each month. Alternatively, you can set your bundles to automatically renew each month through your online account.
You can, but only once your current bundle expires. You’ll be able to pick a new bundle through your online account.
You can use your minutes and texts as if you were in the UK in 37 European destinations. Outside of these locations, our rest of the world charges apply.
Of course! All you need to do is make sure that your phone is unlocked, so that it’s compatible with an Asda mobile SIM.
You sure can. You can always bring your number with you when switching networks. To start, you need to request a PAC code from your current provider. The simplest way to do this is by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 (free of charge) off your old SIM card. Once you have this code (which is valid for 30 days), you can let us know you want to transfer your number through your Asda mobile online account.
