The minutes in your plan can be used to call any UK mobile (on any network), any UK landline beginning in 01, 02 or 03 and to access your voicemail. Your texts can be used to message any mobile phone on a UK network.

All plan customers have a 5GB data roaming limit, regardless of whether your plan limit is higher than this. Once you have used 5GB of data you will be charged 10p per MB, the same as you would pay for data in the UK. You will receive notifications when you reach the 80% and 100% of the data limit.

Don't worry if you don't have a plan, you will still be charged the same pay as you go rate as if you were in the UK. We’ve also made it free to receive calls while in one of our European destinations.
