Download our mobile app from the Apple App Store (iPhones) or Google Play Store (Android devices). Once logged in, press “Top-up” on your account overview (or in the bottom navigation bar), then follow the simple steps.
The quickest and easiest way to top-up! Here's how:

If you haven’t already, sign up for My Account and register your Asda mobile number.

On your account overview, you’ll see your current balance. Click ‘Top Up’ to continue.
Alternatively, use the navigation menu and go to My Asda Mobile > Top-Up.3
On the Top-Up page, you’ll be given the option to choose your top-up amount, or to enter a custom amount.
From here, you can also set up automatic low-balance top-ups.4
You’ll be taken to a payment page. Here you can either use a pre-registered card, or you can enter your payment details.

You’re all done! You’ll be taken to a confirmation page and will receive a text confirming your top-up.
Link your top-up card to your number through My Account. Alternatively, you can call us on 2732 (from the UK). Once you’re set up you can use your top-up card to buy mobile credit in Asda stores or anywhere you see the top-up logo

Please note: we are aware of some issues with a small number of our top-up cards. If your top-up card is faulty, please order another one.
You will need to call us first on 2732 to register your credit/debit card. From then on, just text TOPUP#amount# and then the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card.
E.g. TOPUP#10#1234 to 2732.
Firstly, ring 2732 (from the UK) from your Asda mobile to register your bank card to your Asda mobile account.
After you’ve registered your account, you can then top-up, set recurring top-ups or low balance top-ups by calling 2732 (from the UK) and using the automated system.

A quick and simple way to check your balance is through our online account – sign up for free here. Your balance will be shown on your overview page, as soon as you login - if you can't see this, you will need to link your number to your account. You can do this by clicking 'Link your Asda mobile number' from the right hand navigation menu.
Alternatively, text 'BAL' to 2732 (free of charge) to check your balance, or call 2732 (free of charge) from your Asda Mobile and select option 1.
You must make a chargeable call or text every 180 days to keep your number fully active. If you haven't used your SIM in the last 180 days, your calls will be forwarded to our automated service which means you won't be able to call anyone, however you will still be able to receive inbound calls.
A top-up card is a swipe card registered to your Asda Mobile phone. You can use it to load credit onto your account when you visit an Asda store, or another shop where you see the top-up logo. You cannot add a bundle to a top-up card.
If you would like an Asda Mobile top-up card, you can order a free one . When you receive your top-up card you will need to call us on 2732 (free of charge) to link your card to your Asda Mobile SIM.
If you have lost your Asda mobile top-up card, you can order a free replacement .
When you receive your replacement top-up card you will need to call us on 2732 (free of charge) to link this to your Asda Mobile SIM. Don’t worry, the money you have in your account is completely safe and will remain on your account.
You can top-up up to £50 in one go using both a debit or credit card or your top-up card.
To keep your SIM card active, you need to call, text or use data every during 180 day periods or your SIM will expire.
If you would like an Asda Mobile top-up card, you can order a free one . When you receive your top-up card you will need to call us on 2732 (free of charge) to link this to your Asda Mobile SIM.
If you have migrated to our new service you will need to order a replacement top-up card and link it to your new account.

If you haven't used your Asda Mobile SIM in the last 270 days, all activity will be barred from your SIM card and all credit will be removed.
After 360 days, your number will be disconnected from the network and the number will be deleted. We're unable to reactivate a SIM if the number has not been used for over 360 days. If this has happened, order a SIM for free click here or you can pick one up in store for 50p.
To top-up your Asda Mobile account you can only use Visa and Mastercard credit / debit cards that are registered to an address in the UK.
You can add different payment cards on your online account. Please note, if you've recently moved over to our new network, you will need to re-add your payment cards to your new online account.
