Upgraded monthly bundles
Our monthly bundles are now better than ever. Are you a social media surfer or an online gaming fanatic? However you use your phone, we’ve got a bundle that’s perfect for you!
Unlimited data and 5G
You read that right - you can now grab unlimited data and 5G-enabled bundles with us! We offer three different unlimited bundles with varying speed caps, and all of our £10+ monthly bundles are 5G ready.
Better than ever pay as you go rates
It’s not just our bundles that have had a tune-up. Our pay as you go rates have never looked better. If you prefer a simple pay as you go life, here’s what you can expect on our new network:

Improved My Account
You can now manage even more online through My Account. Not only can you track your usage and remaining credit, but you can also purchase bundles, top-up, set up recurring payments, and pick up data add-ons - basically everything you could want to do with your online account!
What should existing customers expect?
If you’re an existing customer you’ll have to switch over to our new network to take advantage of all the fantastic new features and bundles. You’ve got a bit of time to do this, but the earlier you switch the sooner you can enjoy our boosted bundles and upgraded online account.
How do I switch to the new network?
The easiest way to switch is online. You can start the process through your online account - just follow the simple step by step instructions and you’ll be switched in no time. You can also pick up a new SIM in store.
If you’ve been with us for a while your device may be locked to EE. Don’t worry, we can provide an unlock code free of charge to help you move across.
Will I keep my phone number and remaining credit?
Absolutely! We are making sure that both your phone number and any remaining credit come across when you switch.
Can I still redeem top-up vouchers if I’ve switched?
No, you need to make sure that you’ve redeemed your top up vouchers before moving across to our new network.
How long do I have to switch?
Although we’d love for you to join us on our new network as early as possible, we appreciate you might not be in a position to do this right now. There’s no rush to move to our new network, but here are the key dates you need to be aware of:
- From the 29th July top-up vouchers will no longer be available in store
- On 16th August customers will no longer be able to purchase our old bundles
- The 25th August is the last date customers can redeem top-up vouchers
- The 15th September is the last date customers will be able to move their current phone number to the new network. You will lose the ability to make or receive calls, so need to make sure they take action before this date!
