What are smartwatches?
Smartwatches are essentially portable computers that you wear on your wrist. As well as telling the time, they can complete a bunch of tasks that you would normally do on your smartphone. They often focus around health and fitness, and can give useful insight into things like your heart rate and how well you sleep.
Though every model differs in what it offers, you can generally send and receive messages, make phone calls, interact on social media, check your emails, and track workouts.
