2) Purchase your bundle
Once you’ve found the right bundle for you, you can buy your SIM online. You’ll also have the option to set your deal to recur, making things easier for next month.
We’ll post your SIM first class, so it should be with you a few days after ordering. Alternatively, you can purchase an eSIM, as long as your phone is compatible.
3) Activate your SIM and register your number
After receiving your SIM card, simply insert it into your phone to activate. We’ll send you a text message as soon as we’ve detected your SIM.
If you've purchased an eSIM, you’ll be emailed a QR code. Follow the instructions to complete the setup.
If your phone is locked to another network (besides Vodafone), you will need to unlock it first.
4) Transfer over your number
Transferring over your number is easy - it can be done through your online account.
But first, you’ll need to obtain a PAC code. You can do this simply by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075.
5) You’re done!
