Earlier this year, Which? asked over 3,000 people in the UK to rate their mobile provider. We’re delighted to say that Asda Mobile customers gave us an overall satisfaction score of 77%, making Asda Mobile one of only five Which? Recommended Mobile Networks for 2018. As a small provider, we’re thrilled to see our customers giving us so much praise and trust!
89% of our customers said they would recommend Asda Mobile to their friends and family, while 82% rated our service as great or excellent value for money. We also received a five-star rating for our customer service - which only one other mobile provider did.
Our customers also praised our low prices, with many saying they paid less than £10 per month for our service. The simplicity of our pay-as-you-go deals and bundles was another talking point, with one customer saying: “It offers the type of plan I want at the best price”, while another added: “It offers by far the cheapest tariff I have come across for both texts and calls.” We’re very happy to hear that!
Which? concluded their report by recommending our service as a fantastic option for budget users. We couldn’t be prouder, and we can’t wait to see what the next year has to offer.
