My phone is asking for a PUK, what do I do?
Looks like you have blocked your phone, to fix it you need a phone unlock key (PUK code). To get this, call us on 0800 079 2732 from any phone (free of charge). Alternatively, if you still have the pack that your SIM came in, the code will be displayed on there.
