Do I need to do anything before moving to your new network?

You will need to order a new SIM before moving across to our new network, you can do this within your online account, or by clicking here.

We also advise you to save all your contacts to your phone or cloud. If your contacts are saved to your SIM card, we also adise you to transfer them over to be saved on your phone storage or cloud, otherwise you're at risk of losing this information when you swap your SIM.
