My phone is locked to your old network, can I move to your new network?

Been on Asda mobile a while and think your phone is locked to our old network? Don’t worry! You can check it easily during the move process and if your phone is locked, we will provide you with an unlock code.

You can order a new network SIM by registering or logging into your online account. During the order form, we will ask you if you want an unlock code. 

If you already have a new SIM but still need your unlock code, simply log back into your online account and click ‘start your move’. You will be asked whether your phone is locked – if you think it is, just click ‘check my phone’. All you need to enter is your phone number or IMEI number to check, it’s that simple!

Always keep your unlock code on hand, as your phone will prompt you for this when you insert your new Asda mobile SIM.
