Can I move to your new network if my phone is locked?
If you have been on Asda mobile a while and think your phone might be locked to the EE network, we can provide you with an unlock code.
As part of the move process, we will ask you for your phone number and IMEI number to check – if your phone is locked, a 4-digit code will be provided which you need to use when your phone asks for an unlock code after swapping your SIM.
