I’ve inserted my new SIM card, why haven't I moved over to the new network yet?

Please make sure you have followed the all the instructions to move to our new network step by step (you can find these in your SIM pack) and lost signal on your old SIM before inserting your new SIM card. If you have started your move over text message, please ensure you have confirmed your temporary number, otherwise your move won't process. 

Please also note, your move to the new network happens on the next working day after your scheduled port-in, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If you have followed all the instructions and successfully moved over to our new network but are having issues getting service on the new network – try turning your phone off and on again. If you’re still having issues, check out our contact us page and speak our friendly team.
