What happens if I don’t move to your new network?

You will need to move across to our new network by 15th September, after this date our old network will close and you will lose your number and any remaining credit or active bundles.

You can make your move at any point before this date, but please note you won’t gain access to our new standard rate, brand new bundles or features until you’ve moved to our new network. Visit our new network hub for more information about our new network and further details on how to move.
