What happens if I don’t move to your new network?

You will need to move across to our new network by 15th September, after this date our old network will close and you will lose your number and any remaining credit or active bundles.

You can make your move at any point before this date, but please note you won’t gain access to our new bundles or features until you’ve moved to our new network. Visit our new network hub for more information about our new network and further details on how to move.

I’m a new customer, how do I join your new network?

If you’re a new customer who has ordered a new SIM card after 8th March 2021, you will automatically join our new network when you activate your SIM.
