I missed the deadline to move to your new network, what do I do?

If you are still using our old network after 15th September 2021, you will no longer be able to make calls, send texts or use data. 

But don't worry, there's still time to move to our new network and keep your current number. 

Just login or register your free online account, order a new SIM pack and follow the simple instructions on the pack. Find out more by visiting our old network page
