Can I manage my account online?

My Account puts you in control of your account. You can log in or register an account here and once logged in you can: -

- Check your top up balance.

- See what minutes, texts and data you’ve got left in your bundle.

- Add or change your address.

- Change account settings (e.g. enable roaming data for using your phone abroad).

- Suspend your number if it is lost or stolen.

- Request your PAC or STAC code.

- View your payment transactions.

You can move to our new network to unlock a brand new My Account. Visit our new network hub to find out more, and add the following to your online account:

- Add or change your registered credit or debit card.

- Top-up your account and purchase a bundle or add-on.

- Set up or amend a recurring bundle.

- Set up or amend a low balance top-up.

 

Please note: you will need to ensure you've linked your Asda mobile number to your account to view the options above. You can do this by selecting 'Link your Asda mobile number' from the right hand side navigation menu when you login.
