Why isn’t the Asda mobile app working?
If you’re having trouble logging into the Asda mobile app, or it’s not opening – you may need to update it.
You can download the latest version of the app by going to your phones app store (i.e. Apple App Store or Google Play) and going to your installed apps list. If you’re app needs updating, you will be able to click ‘update’.
You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Simply press and hold down on the Asda mobile app icon, select ‘uninstall’ and then reinstall by visiting your phones app store.
If you’re still having trouble logging in, you can also log onto your online account by using your phone’s browser and visiting our website.
