Why does it say ‘Contract’ before these documents when I’m buying Pay As You Go?

Even though you aren’t entering into a Commitment Period and are free to leave at any time, you’ll be using our services so will have to adhere to certain terms and conditions, which makes this a form of contract.

Ofcom have also requested that they are called ‘Contract Summary’ and ‘Contract Information’ documents for both Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers.
