What happens if my new SIM doesn’t arrive?
Your SIM will be sent out first class on the same day if you ordered before noon and usually arrives within 2-3 working days. Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, some deliveries are taking longer than usual.
If your SIM hasn't arrived, please feel free to order another free SIM from our website or contact our customer service team on 0808 006 2732 and we can order one for you.
If you need your SIM urgently, don’t forget you can go to your nearest Asda store and pick one up for 50p.
