What do I do if I lose my SIM card?

Joined Asda mobile before March 2021

 If you’ve lost your SIM card, you can suspend the SIM so it can no longer be used via your online account – register or login here and go to ‘My profile’. Once suspended, you will need to call Customer Services on 0800 079 2732 to unsuspended your SIM.

You can also call us on 0800 079 2732 from any phone (free of charge) or if you're abroad, dial +447953 96 2732 (free of charge) and we'll restrict your SIM card and arrange for a new SIM to be sent to you.

Once you receive your new SIM card you can either start using your new number or we can transfer your existing number onto your new SIM along with any credit that's remaining. To do this, call us on 2732 from your new SIM.
