How do I get a replacement SIM card?

Call us on 2732 from your Asda Mobile or 0800 079 2732 from any other phone (free of charge) and we'll arrange for a new SIM to be sent to you.

Once you receive your new SIM card you can either start using your new number or we can transfer your existing number onto your new SIM along with any credit that's remaining. To do this, call us on 2732 from your new SIM.
