How do I take my Asda Mobile number to my new network?

We're sad to hear your leaving us but we want to make you transfer to your new network as swimmingly as possible so just follow the steps below:

  • Call us on 2732 from your Asda mobile and tell the team you're leaving and would like to keep your number.
  • You will then be issued with a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) which you will then be able to use to port your number to your new network. Please note, a PAC is only valid for 30 days.
  • When you're ready to transfer your existing number across from the Asda Mobile service to your new network, we recommend that you use your existing credit first as you cannot take it across to your new provider.
  • Call the new network's helpline, tell them the PAC and you are moving from Asda Mobile and they'll take care of the rest. Your number should be transferred over, within 2 working days.

Please note, we can only port a number over if you're within the UK on the day of the number transfer.
