How do I move to your new network?

If you’ve been with Asda mobile a while, you will need to follow a few simple steps to join our new network and swap your SIM card. First thing you need to do is order a new SIM pack, you can do this by visiting our new network hub, or logging into your online account.

Once you’ve received your new SIM pack, it will contain all the information you need to make your move. The quickest way to move, is by using your online account. When you’re ready, log into your online account and you will be prompted to start the process on your overview page.

Once you’ve scheduled your move online, you will lose signal on your scheduled day. Once you’ve lost signal, you will need to insert your new SIM card into your handset. Visit our blog for a step by step guide to swapping your SIM.

Alternatively, you can make the move via text – just follow the instructions in your SIM pack!

If you’ve joined Asda mobile since 8th March 2021, you would’ve already joined our new network and there is no action to take.
