Yes, all of our bundles include 4G as standard. We offer our customers 4G speeds up to 60mbps for downloads and up to 30mbps for uploads.

Yes you can! The 5G speeds you can get depends on which unlimited SIM plan you’re on:

When we say unlimited, we mean unlimited! As long as you are using your bundle within the UK (excluding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), you’ll be fine.

The only time a fair usage limit applies is when you’re roaming. Please see FAQ “Can I use my unlimited data plan abroad?” for more details.

You can use your data, minutes, and texts as if you were in the UK in 37 European destinations. Outside of these locations, our rest of world charges apply.

All bundle customers have a 25GB data roaming limit regardless of the amount of data included in your bundle. Once you have 25GB of data you will be charged 4p per MB, the same as you would pay for data in the UK. You will receive notifications when you reach the 80% and 100% of the data limit.

Of course! All you need to do is make sure that your phone is unlocked, so that it’s compatible with an Asda mobile SIM. Find out more about unlocking phones.

You sure can. You can always bring your number with you when switching networks. To start, you need to request a PAC code from your current provider. The simplest way to do this is by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 (free of charge) off your old SIM card. Once you have this code (which is valid for 30 days), you can let us know you want to transfer your number through your Asda mobile online account.

All of our bundles last for one calendar month.

Yep! You can set your bundles to automatically renew each month through your online account.

Yes, you could use your unlimited bundle as a replacement for cabled broadband, assuming your mobile signal is strong enough. You could use your Asda mobile phone as a personal hotspot (if your device allows this), letting you access the internet on another device (such as a laptop) using your Asda mobile data. To set up a personal hotspot, check your handset’s manual.

Alternatively, you could use your unlimited bundle SIM with a mobile broadband router or Wi-Fi dongle (assuming these devices are not locked to another network).

Yes! There’s no cap on the amount of data you can use while tethering to your Asda SIM.
